I recently dealt with a seller who priced their home at $900,000.  It was realistically worth in the mid $700,000 range.  After over a year on the market and many price  drops, it sold for $675,000.  Why so low?  First, the market shifted away from sellers, and second, what’s the first question a buyer asks when they hear a property hasn’t sold in over a year?  “What’s wrong with it?”

To get the best price, you must expose your home to the largest pool of qualified buyers possible.
